Our schedule is organized to support beginners, developing students, and experienced martial artists. Class times may vary for holidays, clinics, seminars, and tournament preparation.
Judo Classes:
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 6:00PM – 7:30PM
Saturday’s 11:00AM -12:00PM
Youth Judo
After-school training focused on fundamentals, discipline, movement, and confidence for younger students.

Adult Judo
Technical instruction, conditioning, and randori sessions designed for adult students of different experience levels.

Classes centered on balance, control, awareness, and practical movement in a respectful training environment.
Aikido Classes :
Monday and Friday – 5:30pm โ 7:00pm and on
Saturday 10:00amย โ 11:30am.
